Customs & Taxes

Ploofe product prices include shipping but do not include any import duties or taxes.

Depending on US tax laws, sales tax may be collected based on your shipping address. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. We cannot issue refunds for lost packages caused by an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
