Returns

We accept returns for full-price items only within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Any item purchased with a discount code
Items bought during promotional events
Sale / clearance items
Heart Scents (hygiene reasons)
Weighted Eye Masks (hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
In short: Only full-price items can be returned. Discounted items are final sale.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee refunds for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages or defects

If your Ploofe arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no cost.

Missing or lost packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office first
If still not found, contact us within 7 days
We will investigate with the carrier

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipment.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Safety Note (for Weighted Plushy Animals)

Ploofe weighted plushy animals contain small glass beads inside the arms and body for weight. While we inspect all zippers and seams before shipping, we recommend checking your Ploofe regularly for any signs of wear or loose parts.

If you notice any damage (loose zipper, open seam, beads escaping), stop using immediately and contact us.

This product contains small parts and is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
