Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take to ship?
We ship within 1-2 business days after you place your order.

2. How long does delivery take?
For the US, delivery typically takes 12-18 days. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may have already been processed for shipment.

Returns & Support

5. Can I return my Ploofe?
Yes for full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Discounted or promotional items are final sale.

6. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ploofe111@gmail.com with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement.

8. How heavy is the weighted plushy?
Each large plushy weighs about 2.2 lbs (approximately 1000 grams). Weight varies slightly by design. The arms are weighted to create a noticeable hug feel on your shoulder.

9. Can I wash it?
We recommend hand wash or spot clean. If machine washing, use a laundry bag, cold water, and a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — air dry only.

10. What can I put inside the zipper heart?
You can put:

A handwritten wish or manifestation note
Pet fur (in a small sealed bag)
Our included scent sachet
Any small keepsake you treasure

11. How long does the scent sachet last?
About 30-45 days. When the scent fades, you can replace it with a refill sachet from our shop.

12. Is it safe for kids?
Our plushies contain small glass beads for weight, plus small parts (zipper, etc.). Not recommended for children under 3 years old. If you have pets, please supervise to prevent chewing.

13. Will the magnets on the mini hanger fall off?
The magnets are securely embedded inside the arms and will not come off with normal use. However, please avoid pulling hard or putting them in your mouth.

14. Do you donate to charity?
Yes. For every plushy sold, we donate 1% of the revenue to the National Autistic Society.
